Chef Joho was named the "Best American Chef: Midwest" by the James Beard Foundation, and Bon Appetit’s "Chef of the Year." Chef Joho is a member of Relais & Chateaux/Relais Gourmand, Le Grande Table Du Monde, Traditions & Qualité, Academie Culinaire de France, and Maitre Cuisiniers de France.
